At Xquisite Design Furniture, all our Leather Lounge Collections, are made from HIGH – QUALITY IMPORTED LEATHER and not cheap leather as you made find in other leather lounge suites. The quality of our leather is so much so, that it is covered with 12 MONTHS* 'Structural' warranty on the leather of ALL our Leather Lounge Suite Collections. This warranty is available with every Leather Lounge Suite purchase at Xquisite Design Furniture.

We also offer our customer extended 5 YEARS* warranty for sofas range including ALL of our Fabric Sofa set collections. This extended warranty is available with every sofa Set purchase at Xquisite Design Furniture.

"Our Policy"

To keep our prices very low, and very competitive; the prices on ALL of our furniture collections does NOT including the delivery cost and installation. This is due to the fact that all delivery locations are varied in distance, and the installations are also varied, depending on several factors, such as:

• The Type of furniture
• The Size of the furniture (how big or small it is)
• The Weight of the furniture (some items is extra heavy, etc: Marble Stone)
• How many man power required to deliver & install the furniture (etc: Marble Stone)
